The location was excellent - really close to the zoo, malls, and garden, other big mall in Surabaya in less than 30 minutes, and Taman Bungkul park at night. The staffs were amiable & gentle.

The hotel is in a nice building next to Tunjungan Plaza, Grand City, Ciputra Mall, and other major malls in Surabaya, all within less than a 30-minute drive. the hotel has a marvelous location near Taman Bungkul park, especially at night.

Staying here for a budget stay was fairly nice, totally recommendable. Overall it was neat and compact with a long sofa. the location in a fairly nice area was great and there were shopping centres and a bakery nearby.

I had a great stay at this budget hotel. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for a cheap overnighter. The hot shower was a nice touch and the bottled water provided was much appreciated. I also enjoyed having English TV channels available. Although the breakfast options were basic, I couldn't complain for the price I paid. Plus, the location in the city center was amazing, with shopping areas and local restaurants just a short drive away.
